What are your shipping times and costs?
We offer standard shipping which typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping is available for faster delivery. Shipping is free on all orders over $75.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Does my jewelry come with a warranty?
Yes, all Pilgrim jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
