At Pilgrim, we want you to love your new jewellery, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all items except earrings for hygiene reasons. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Secure Packaging
Place your jewellery back in its original Pilgrim box and use protective outer packaging to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
